摘要 本文对锌冶炼除铁渣一赤铁矿渣回收锌金属并生产氧化铁红的可行性进行研究。试验表明,赤铁矿渣经五级逆流洗涤后,锌直收率可达72.83%,洗水含锌量达到70g/L;赤铁矿渣在500℃下焙烧3h,研磨,过325目筛后可达到HOO1-5氧化铁红产品标准。 This paper studies the feasibility about recovering zinc and iron from the hematite slag which is zinc smelting residue, and the iron is recovered in the form of iron oxide red. The experiment showes that after the hematite slag is treated by five step countercurrent washing, the recovery of zinc can reach to 72.83% , and the content of zinc in washing water can reach to 70g/h; the hematite slag is roasted under 500℃ for 3 hours , then grinded, and sifted with a 325 mesh sieve. Finally, the standard iron oxide red HOO1--5 is produced.
