摘要
采用乙醇、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、石油醚,以及乙醇与氯仿(体积比分别为1:1,2:1,3:1)混合溶液对花生壳进行浸提,得到一系列花生壳提取物。对提取物进行黄酮含量及抗氧化性能的测定。结果表明,采用混合溶剂可以提高花生壳中提取物的质量及提取物中有效抗氧化物质总黄酮的含量;并且花生壳提取物中总黄酮含量与油脂抗氧化性能呈正相关。
The paper reports that peanut shell is extracted by ethanol, chloroform, acetic ester, petroleum ether, mixture of ethanol and chloroform (1 : 1, 2 : 1, 3 : 1) . Content of flavones and antioxidant ability are determined in the extract. It concludes that it can increase extract quantity and flavones content by mixture solvent, it is positive correlation between flavones content and antioxidant performance.
