摘要
对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶粉中铜含量的测量不确定度进行评定,建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶粉中铜含量的不确定度分析方法,以评定测定结果的质量,分析了该测量过程的测量不确定度来源,建立数学模型,找出了主要影响因素。结果表明,回收率及拟和直线求样品溶液浓度时产生的测量不确定度影响因素最大。
The measurement uncertainty for the determination of copper in milk powder by AAS is evaluated. In order to find the main factors, many possible sources of measurement uncertainty in this measurement are analyzed, and a mathematical model is established. The evaluation indicates that the major source of uncertainty is the uncertainty of recovery and standard curve.
