摘要
从乳品科学与技术的实践教学现状入手,研究了实践教学条件改革、与企业合作方式、产学研结合方式、实践教学管理方法、师资队伍建设及实践教学考核方法等对实践教学效果的影响,论述了乳品科学与技术实践教学改革模式的建立方法。
The paper studies training objectives and modes of characteristic professionals, course construction and reform, training approaches of practical teaching innovation on the present university school localization. Some ideas about experimental methods and means of teaching innovation are explored, and some attempts are made at the same time.
