积乳囊肿的超声分型和声像图特征

目的讨论超声诊断在积乳囊肿诊断中的临床实践价值。方法选择我院2011年1月至2012年3月收治的60名积乳囊肿患者,在先进行超声诊断的情况下,再通过病理实验予以确认,统计诊断符合率。并根据超声诊断图像,进行分型比较。结果经过超声诊断,共确诊58例患者,诊断符合率为96.67%。分析图像后,将积乳囊肿分为7种类型,分别为单纯型囊肿(18例)、多囊型(6例)、脂液分层型(6例)、致密结节型(超声诊断11例,实际13例)、星光型(7例)、结石型(5例)、不规则型(5例)。除致密结节型以外的其他积乳囊肿诊断符合率均为100%,但致密结节型超声诊断仅发现11例,诊断符合率为84.6%。结论超声诊断在积乳囊肿的确诊中具有较高的运用价值,值得临床中进一步探索使用超声诊断。

Objective To discuss the value of clinical practice of diagnostic ultrasound in the plot milk cyst diagnosis.Methods Select admitted to our hospital in January 2011 ～ 2012 in March 60 plot milk cysts prior ultrasound diagnosis,pathology laboratory recognized statistical diagnosis rate.According to the ultrasonic diagnostic image,and a parting comparison.Results After ultrasound diagnosis,58 patients were diagnosed,the diagnosis rate was 96.67%.After the analysis of the image,the area of milk cysts divided into seven types of simple cysts（18 cases）,polycystic type（6 cases）,lipid solution layered-type（n = 6）,dense nodules（ultrasound diagnosis 11 cases,the actual 13 cases）,starlight type（7 cases）,the stones type（5 cases）,irregular（five cases）.The other dense nodules outside area milk cyst diagnosis rates were 100%,but the dense nodular ultrasound diagnosis found only 11 cases,the diagnosis rate of 84.6%.Conclusion The ultrasound diagnostic plot milk cysts diagnosed with high use value,it is worth to further explore the clinical use of diagnostic ultrasound.
