摘要
目的 :通过对大黄素的定性和定量的检测来控制复方大黄洗液的质量。方法 :采用薄层扫描法 ,以大黄素为指标 ,测定复方大黄洗液中大黄素的含量。使用 0 .5 % CMC- Na硅胶 G板 ,展开剂为正己烷 -甲酸乙酯 -乙酸乙酯 -氯仿 -冰醋酸 ( 16∶3∶ 3∶ 1∶ 0 .2 ) ,薄层扫描条件是 λs=44 0 nm,λr=5 6 0 nm,平均加样回收率为 96 .2 2 % ,RSD=6 .42 % ( n=3)。结论 :用本法测定复方大黄洗液中大黄素的含量 ,操作简便 。
AIM: The method of qualitative and quantitative analysis was found to measure the compound Rhubarb Xiye for the prupose of controlling the quality. METHODS: The emodin in the compound Rhubarb Xiye was determined as an index by TLC method. The thin layer plate was silica gel G+05% CMCNa. Hexaneethyl formic etheracetic etherchloroformacetic acid (16∶3∶3∶1∶02) was used as a developer. The TLC condition was λ s=440 nm and λ r=560 nm. The average rate of recovery was 9622%, RSD=642% (n=3). CONCLUSION: This method is convenient and exact for the determination of emodin in the compound Rhubarb Xiye.
