摘要
采用雌性激素处理刚孵化出膜的尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)YY基因型鱼苗,可使性别未分化的合子全部转化为生理雌鱼。该YY型生理雌鱼的卵巢发育正常,具有繁殖机能,可为采用二系配套(YY△♀×YY♂)技术大量生产尼罗超雄鱼提供种源保证。
Sex undifferentiated zygote of Oreochromis niloticus can be conversed to physiological female by treating YY gene type of O. niloticus larva which was newly hatched with female hormone. The ovarian development of this fish was normal and with reproductive performance. Application of matching technique （YY△♀×YY♂） offered guarantee of variety resource formass production of supermale O. niloticus
