对 38例盆底痉挛综合征 (SPFS)的测量结果及X线表现进行分析 ,探讨SPFS的病因、发病机理和排粪造影对本病的诊断价值及鉴别诊断的意义。

This paper dealed with the therapeutic results and clinical X-ray manifestations of the spastic pelvic floor syndrome(SPFS) in 38 cases, SPFS and other diseases combined with it was introducted and analysed. The paper also discussed briefly the causes and pathogenesis of SPFS, as well as the diagnostic value and the differential diagnosis of defecography for disease.
