摘要
针对油槽机的功能特点,对油槽加工机进行整体细致的设计,主要包括油槽机的电气部分的设计,电气元件的选型,电气部分的安装调试,PLC的选型及程序的传输,梯形图的程序编制。通过试运行、运行从电气控制上提出了一套可行的控制方案,较好的完成了预期的设计要求。
According to the functional characteristics of oil sink machine, an integral design included tank parts electric machine design, electrical components of the purchase, installation and commissioning of electrical, PLC＇s selection and transfer procedures, the ladder diagram programming was made. Through trial operation, a set of feasible control program was put forward, and the design requirements were completed well.
