摘要
少儿强迫症有一些不同于成人强迫症的特点,这导致其治疗更加困难,可根据具体情况将药物治疗与心理治疗相结合。行为疗法、森田疗法和家庭治疗是有效的强迫症治疗方法。个案治疗结果显示:将行为疗法和家庭治疗相结合,能增强少儿强迫症的治疗效果。
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder（OCD） in Child has several traits differing from adults that caused its treatment to be more difficult. There may be a combination of pharmacological interventions with psychotherapy in different cases. Behavioral interventions, Sen Tian Therapy, and family treatment can help patients with OCD in child effectively. The treatment result of a case shows that combining behavioral interventions with family treatment can increase the therapeutic effectiveness for OCD in child.
