地方工科院校学生党员后续教育创新机制探析

Innovation mechanism analysis on local engineering colleges and universities student party members follow-up education

当前,高校学生党建工作发展迅速,成绩显著,但在入党后的教育管理上存在管理力量薄弱,组织生活缺乏制度化,党员后续教育工作力度不够等问题。文章通过问卷调查,分析了当前学生党员存在的突出问题及党支部建设的情况,并结合学校的实际情况提出党员后续教育的相应策略和应对措施。

At present, the college students＇ party construction development was rapid, achievements were outstanding, but some problems was existed such as weak management strength, regular activities of an organization was lack of institutionalization, the follow-up education work dynamics of the party member was not enough. In this article, through the questionnaire investigation, the current problems existing in the student party members and the party branch construction were analyzed, and combined with the actual situation of the school, the corresponding strategies and measures of party member following education were put forward.
