In recent years, with the development of economy, change of societyfor talents requirement, Personnel training of vocational education should not only pay attention to the students' professional ability, more emphasis on the method ability of student, social ability, personality ability training.Action-oriented teaching that the teacher taked would avail students' professional post for docking, and cultivate students' ability of life-long development.
