In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management has become a new management idea and management mode in each industry. In the library field, knowledge management is also a kind of advanced management concept and management methods. In this paper, the characteristics, content and adopted measures which realized knowledge management were discussed in the library management, the results shown that only through the knowledge management will the library undertaking be better sustainable development.
