摘要
目的了解分泌物中细菌培养的检出率及对药物的敏感性。方法采用普通培养和抗生素药物敏感实验。结果 1236例标本中检出细菌805例,感染率65.1%,革兰氏阴性对抗生素敏感率依次为亚胺培南96.2%、美洛培南95.7%、阿米卡星74.3%、庆大霉素70.9%,球菌对抗生素敏感率为左氧沙星57.4%,利福平47.2%,庆大霉素46.6%,对苯唑青霉素的耐药性为98.7%。结论细菌培养为临床的合理用药提供依据。
Objective Learning the detection rate of bacterial cultivation in secretions and its medicine sensitivity. Methods Using common cultivation and the sensitive experiment of antibiotic medicine. Results In the 1236 cases of samples, 805 cases of bacteria had been tested out, which detection rate was 65.1%. The sensitive rates of Gram negative bacterium to antibiotics were 96.2% for Imipenem, 95.7% for Meropenem, 74.3% for Amikacin, 70.9% for Gentamicin. The sensitive rate of Coccus to antibiotics were 57.4% for Levofloxacin, 47.2% for Rifampicin, 46.6% for Gentamicin, and the resistance rates was 98.7% for Oxaciuin. Conclusions Bacterial cultivation provided basis for clinical rational drug-use.
