自制硅胶短支架治疗前尿道狭窄

The Treatment of Penile Urethra Strictures by Catheterization with Homemade Silicon Stent

目的 减少尿道扩张次数 ,降低治疗费用 .方法 从 1993年～ 1997年 ,对 36例前尿道狭窄患者 ,在经尿道切开或经尿道扩张术后 ,于前尿道内留置带线多孔硅胶短支架管 ,并对置管时机、支架物及并发症进行讨论 .结果 36例患者中一次置管成功率达 2 9例 (80 % ) ,无需作多次尿扩 .结论 尿道内置硅胶短支架治疗复发性前尿道狭窄是一种简单 ,经济而有效的方法 .

Objective To decrease the number of dilatation and the cost of treatment for the patients suffered from strictures of the penile urethral.Methods From 1993 to 1997,36 patients with penile urethral strictures treated with intermittent catheterization used the homemade silicon stent after internal urethrotomy or dilatation procedures . The choice of catheterization ,the nursing at the stent period, and the complication were disscussd.Results There were 29(80%) patients have a good results after a single catherizatioin of 36 patients total , and did not need redundant dilatation.Conclusions It was a simpler , cheaper cost ,and effective procedure by the way of catheterization used the homemade silicon stent to treat penile urethra stricture.
