文化与商业结合的模式,改变了大众的物质与精神生活模式,为文化建筑综合体的发展增添了新的刺激点。该文总结了文化建筑综合体中文商结合模式的发展现状,结合实例阐述其从商业作为补充性功能,到商业逐步强化、介入,直至文商交融、密不可分的演变历程,以及穿插、聚合、并置等各阶段的主要空间模式,同时,针对设计实践中遇到的业态选择、规模、规划选址、开发运营模式等问题展开探讨,并从策划、运营、功能、空间等方面对文化建筑综合体的发展趋势做出展望。

The interaction of culture and commercial facilitates physical and psychological living standards, and induces new growth point for the culture building complex. The article summarizes the current situation of the combining mode of culture and commerce in culture building complex, describes its development process with examples, which can be divided into three phases： commercial being as a injecting and complementary function, improving and intervening to the culture system gradually, finally interacting with cultural elements. The paper investigates the problems in practice, such as the type selection of commercial operation, commercial scale, location planning and the mode of development and makes a prospect for the development of culture building complex from different respects including planning, operation, function and space organization.
