基于“缝合”方式的淮南市洞山中路街道整治

城市的发展是一个不断趋于相对完整的动态过程,在城市更新过程中,街区这个微观层面的物质形态碎片问题是城市在改造问题中的一个重要分支,该文以街区的现实状态为分析的起点,以建筑设计所能解决协调的微观物质环境碎片为研究对象,力图通过持续、渐进的小规模建筑"修补",并针对地块街区提出城市街道"缝合"整治的方式及相应的缝补策略。文章以淮南市洞山中路街道改造为具体例子,提出了具体的"缝合"整治策略,具体讨论了"缝合"整治方式的策略及其如何顺应城市的肌理、尺度,以建立良好的街区秩序。最后指出城市就像一个有机整体,在改造进程当中不应全盘推翻,应该以缝合、修补的方式对其改造,以延续其生命力。

Urban development is a dynamic process which tends to be releatively complete.In the Urban renewal process ,the problem of the block material form is an important branch of the city in the transformation process. The paper takes the real state of the block for example, through a sustained,gradual small-scaled architectural patch to give the way of ＂suture＂rectification of the city street and mend strategy .Taking the transformation of the HuaiNan City Road for example,the strategies of the suture recification are discussed in detail,about how to comply with the city texture,scale to create good neighborhoods, finally pointed out that city likes an organic whole in which the transformation should not overall it,but to suture the part of destroy to continue its vitality.
