摘要
服务创新是服务业发展的动力与源泉,服务创新必然涉及服务系统创新。正确理解服务系统创新的含义及特点,分析服务系统的组成和服务系统的价值链,揭示服务价值的产生和服务系统创新的真正动力来源,提出促进服务系统创新的措施,对我国服务业的发展具有重要意义。
Service innovation is the motivation and the source of the service industry and involves in the service system innovation. It is important to understand the concept and the characters of the service innovation correctly, analyze the construction and the value chain of the service system, reveal how the service value is produced and where the motivation source of the service system innovation comes from and propose some measures promoting the service innovation to supply new thought for the development of the service industry.
