摘要
观察纤维连接蛋白 (FN)在皮肤鳞癌 (SSC)中的表现形式 ,探讨其与SSC生物学行为和癌间质巨噬细胞(M)、淋巴细胞 (Lc)反应的关系。用FN、PCNA、CD68抗体分别对 5 0例SSC作免疫组化染色 ,检测其在癌中的表达。结果显示FN在SSC中表现为 3种形式 ,细胞FN、基膜FN与间质FN ,细胞FN与基膜FN常同时消失 ,与SSC的生长、分化、增殖、转移密切相关 ,而且其减少程度与局部M、Lc浸润量的减少有潜在的平行关系。本文结果说明SSC中细胞FN和基膜FN的减少与癌恶性程度成正比 ,而间质FN的作用不显著。细胞FN、基膜FN有利于间质免疫活性细胞M、Lc在肿瘤局部发挥作用 ,癌中细胞和基膜FN表达、M、Lc的浸润都是宿主抗肿瘤的成分。
In order to find out the expression patterns of fibronectin (FN) in skin squamous cell carcinoma (SSC) and explore the relationship between its expression and SSC biological behaviors, including growth, proliferation, differentiation, metastasis and stromal macrophage(M) and lymphocytes (LC) infiltration Fifty cases of SSC were studied by immunohistochemistry with FN, proliferatory cellular nuclear antigen (PCNA) and CD68 antibodies Three types of expression patterns were found: (1)cellular FN, (2)basement membrane FN, and (3)stroma FN The former two types often decreased and disappeared simultaneously A significant association between the expression of FN and growth , differentiation, proliferation and metastasis of SSC and a potential parallel relationship between the degree of FN decrease and Mand LC regional infiltration were found The cellular FN and basement membrane FN decrease or loss was directly proportional to carcinoma malignancy The stromal immunoactive cells, including Mand LC, were facilitated in attraction, chemotaxis and nonspecific opsonization by cellular FN and basement membrane FN Both FN expressions, Mand LC infiltration reflect the antitumor competence of the host
