报道连续性肢端皮炎继发鳞癌 1例 ,其发生可能与长期局部炎症刺激和全身应用免疫抑制剂有关。
A 62 year old man presented with 34 year history of acrodermatitis continua on his left thumb transformed into squamous cell carcinoma which was clinically and histopathologically confirmed The probable cause was long term local inflammatory irritation and systematic use of immunosuppressive drugs
