摘要
目的 :探讨优化维生素 D3- β-环糊精包合物的制备方法并鉴定其形成。 方法 :以维生素 D3利用率和收率为综合指标研究了溶液法、胶体磨法、超声波法和研磨法等制备维生素 D3-β-环糊精包合物的方法。用正交试验设计优化溶液法制备包合物的处方工艺。结果 :当 β-环糊精和维生素 D3以 3∶ 1摩尔量投料时维生素 D3利用率和收率最高。 结论
Objective: The aim of this study was to optimize conditions for preparation of the vitamine D\-3 beta cyclodextrin inclusion complexes. Methods: Four kinds of preparation methods of the inclusion complexes were studied with solution, kneading, ultrasonic, colloid grind methods with the integrated standard of availability of vitamin D\-3 and yield; at the same time, the orthogonal test design was used for screening the best prescription composition and preparation technics. Results: the highest available rates of vitamine D\-3 and yield of inclusion complexes were obtained when the complexes of beta cyclodextrin with vitamine D\-3 at 3∶1 molar ratios. Conclusions: The formation of vitamine D\-3 beta cyclodextrin inslusion complexes was confirmed with x ray diffractometry.
