3种阿片类镇痛药镇痛效果及副作用比较

Comparision of effects and side effects of fentanil、tramal、 morphine after operative controlled analgesia

目的 :观察比较阿片类镇痛药在硬膜外自控镇痛 (PCEA)中的镇痛效果及副作用。方法 :选用 3种不同的阿片类镇痛药用于 PCEA中。结果 :吗啡、芬太尼、曲马多分别与布比卡因、氟哌啶联合用药于 PCEA中 ,3种药物镇痛效果确切 ,毒副作用轻微 ,并发症少。结论 :吗啡镇痛时间最长 。

Objective: To compare analgesia drugs effects and side effects in Paticnt Controlled Epidural Analgcsia(PCEA). Method: We selected three different analgesia drugs in PCEA. Results: Morphine、fentanil、tramal combined with bupivacaine、droperidol seperatedly used in PCEA; the effect was surely safe, simple and convenient; the intoxication, side effects and eomplication were minimized. Conclusion: The morphine group was best than other two groups.
