摘要
用等离子发射光谱法测定1Cr12MoNb中Mn、Mo、Nb、Ni、Cu等元素的分析。试样用硝酸和盐酸在加热条件下分解,经过系列试验,选择仪器的工作条件,进行测定,建立了一套分析方法,经对照分析,分析结果令人满意。本方法快速准确,精密度良好,完全可以满足生产需要。
The ICP - AES method is used to measure and analyze the Mn, Mo, Nb, Ni and Cu composition in 1Cr12MoNb alloy. The sample is dissolved in nitric acid and hydrochloric acid under the heating condition. The work conditions for the instruments are determined and a set of analytical method established through series of experiment. The satisfactory results are achieved by comparison analysis. This method is believed to be fast and accurate and can basically meet the requirements in actual production.
