摘要
目的 :了解吸入麻醉药安氟醚 (Enf)和异氟醚 (Iso)对大鼠下丘脑视上核 (SO)神经元电生理的影响。方法 :应用膜片钳技术 ,观察Enf和Iso对大鼠下丘脑薄片SO神经元自发电活动的影响。结果 :Enf(3 0 % )对SO神经元自发电活动有明显的兴奋作用 ,Iso(2 2 % )对SO神经元自发电活动的兴奋作用与Enf基本相同。用正常人工脑脊液(ACSF)冲洗 5分钟放电频率可恢复至给药前水平。结论 :Enf和Iso对下丘脑SO电活动有可逆性的兴奋作用 ,表明SO是Enf和Iso在中枢的重要作用部位。
Objective:To study the effects of enflurane (Enf) and isoflurane(Iso) on electrophysiology of supraoptic nucleus neurous.Methods:With whole patch-clamp technique,the effects of Enf and Iso were studied on spontaneous neural discharge of the supraoptic nucleus neurons from rat hypothalamic slices.Results:The frequencies of spontaneous neural discharge were increased obviously by Enf(3 0%) and Iso(2 2%),which returned to the baseline by normal artifical cerebrospinal fluid wash for 5 minutes.Conclusions:The discharge of supraoptic nucleus can be excited reversiblely by Enf or Iso indicating that the supraoptic nucleu may be an important location during Iso or Enf anesthesia.
