山东省艾滋病流行特征分析

Analysis on the Epidemic Characteristics of AIDS in Shandong Province

目的 通过对艾滋病(AIDS)监测工作的分析总结,探讨其流行规律。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)和免疫印迹(WB)方法对重点人群进行HIV抗体检测,对检出的HIV感染者进行个案流行病学调查。结果 1987～1999年,对805801人进行HIV监测,人群HIV感染率为0.006％,1995～1996年HIV检出率最高,1997～1999年呈上升趋势。HIV感染者主要分布于献血员(67.4％)、归国人员(15.4％)、感染者配偶(6.8％)等,男性与女性之比为6.4:1,HIV流行已波及全省17个地市中的13个。结论 经血传播是山东省HIV流行的重要途径,HIV流行波及的地区和人群呈逐年扩大趋势。

Objective To probe the epidemic trend of AIDS in Shandong Province based on the analysis of data as to HIV surveillance. Methods Serum samples collected from high risk populations were detected for HIV antibody by ELISA and WB. The epidemiological investigation towards the persons who were HIV antibody positive was conducted. Results From January 1987 to December 1999, 805 801 serum samples had being tested for HIV antibody, among whom 52 ones were confirmed to be infected with HIV, with a HIV positive rate 0.006 % . The years with the highest HIV positive rates to be found were 1995 and 1996. HIV cases were mainly distributed in such populations as paid blood donors, return overseas Chinese as well as the spouses of the HIV positives, and the ratio of male to female was 6.4 to 1. Among the 17 prefectures of Shandong, 13 ones had involved in HIV epidemic. Conclusion The HIV transmission in Shandong Province is mainly through blood. HIV pandemic will occur in more and more populations and areas.
