从流行病学角度进一步探讨解脲支原体耐药性与其TetM基因之间的关系。方法对177株Uu临床菌株采用微量肉汤稀释法检测其对四环素和强力霉素的敏感性,用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测其tetM基因携带情况,并用R*C表X^2检验分析Uu对四环素族药物的耐药性与tetM基因之间的关系。结果(1)Uu对四环素和强力霉素的耐药性与tetM基因关系密切(P〈0.05);
Objective To understand the relationship between the antibiotic resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and its tetM gene. Methods The susceptibility of 177 clinical strains of Uu to tetracycline and doxycycline were detected by broth dilution technique and the tetM genes of them by PCR. The relationship between the antibiotic resistance of Uu and its tetM gene was analyzed by Rx C table χ~2 test. Results (1) The relationship between the antibiotic resistance of Uu and its tetM gene was significant ( P < 0.05);(2) The results of tetM gene detected by PCR were not concordant with those of the susceptibility of Uu to tetracycline and doxycycline identified by broth dilution; (3) 13 out of 14 reference serotype strains being sensitive to tetracycline and doxycycline lacked tetM gene; in contrast, the reference serotype strain 9 was both tetM gene - positive and resistant to tetracycline and doxycycline simultaneously. Conclusion The relationship between the antibiotic resistance of Uu and its tetM gene is closed, and tetM gene confers the resistance to tetracycline and doxycycline. In addition, the detection of tetM gene by PCR is helpful to understand the resistance of Uu to tetracycline and doxycycline, but not completely substitute the conventional broth dilution technique to detect the resistance of Uu to tetracycline and doxycycline clincially.
