浅议辽宁鸭绿江口滨海湿地国家级自然保护区环境现状与保护对策

湿地被誉为“地球之肾”，“生命之水”，“文明的发源地”。湿地对调解气候，涵养水源，抵御洪水，调解劲流，蓄洪防汗，放浪固岸，防止土壤沙化。维持区域生态平衡等方面也具有不可替代的作用。保护湿地生物多样性，保护湿地资源的永续利用是促进环境与经济协调发展的需要。湿地与森林，海洋一起并称为全球三大生态系统。湿地是人类赖以生存和发展的资源宝库和最重要的生存环境之一，是我国可持续发展的重要内容。但我国湿地的生态环境现状令人担忧，提高全民湿地保护意识，树立新型湿地环保理念：保护多样性特色，促进湿地综合利用广开筹资渠道，加大湿地保护的投入力度；加强湿地科学研究，扩大国际合作。

The wetland is a treasure house of resources for human survival and development and the most important one of the living environment, is an important content of China＇s sustainable development. Of wetlands ecological state of the environment is worrying, to raise people＇s wetland protection awareness, establish new wetlands environmental philosophy： to protect the diversity of characteristics, promote the comprehensive utilization of wetlands broaden financing channels, to increase efforts to put into wetland conservation; strengthen wetland scientific research expansion of international cooperation.
