摘要 本文提出"以学生为本"的激励型教学模式,将学生置于教学的主体。在激励理论的指导下,构建了教师—学生、管理层—教师和管理层—学生三条激励链,并具体阐述了激励链的运用和教学模式的实施步骤。期望本文能为公选课教学改革提供启发和借鉴。 This paper proposed the motivational teaching mode based on "student-centered",students would be placed as the subject in teaching.Under the guidance of the motivation theory,the essay constructed three motivation chains;they're teacher-student motivation chain,management-student motivation chain and management-teacher motivation chain.The research also specifically elaborated the application of the motivation chains and implementation steps of motivational teaching mode,expecting provides a reference for the educational reform in common optional courses.
