中职学校德育课程的现状与对策

中等职业教育的发展目标不仅停留在技能培训一个方面，素质教育也同样重要。而德育就是素质教育的核心。目前，我国中职学生人数不断增加，他们的思想道德状况直接关系到我国产业大军的素质，关系到国家和民族的未来。然而就目前状况来看，中职德育成效并不理想，中职德育教育面t临着很大的挑战。本文从中职学校德育课程的现状分析展开，就如何进一步开展中职德育教育提出建议。

The development of secondary vocational education goal is not only to stay in a skills training, quality education is also important. And moral education is the core of quality education. At present, China＇s vocational increasing number of students, their ideological and moral situation is directly related to the quality of China＇s industrial army, related to the future of the country and the nation. However, the current situation, the effectiveness of vocational moral education is not satisfactory. Vocational moral education is facing a great challenge. Analysis commenced this article from vocational school moral education courses to make recommendations on how to further develop vocational moral education.
