摘要
科学合理、客观公正地评价高职学生的素质,是全面推进素质教育所面临的一个重要问题.本文根据高职学生的特点将影响学生素质的因素归结为德育、智育、身心、职业技能、人际沟通、创新六个方面,在建立高职学生综合素质评价体系的基础上,使用模糊综合评判法建立数学模型,进而通过实例分析验证了模型的可行性.本模型既具有鉴定、诊断和排序的作用,又兼具导向和激励的功能.
Scientific and rational, objective and fair assessment of the quality of vocational students, is to comprehensively promote quality education facing an important issue. Based on the characteristics of vocational students the factors that affect the quality of students is attributed to the moral, intellectual, six aspects of the physical, mental, vocational skills, interpersonal communication, innovation, build quality evaluation system for vocational students on the basis of the empirical method to weight of various factors, and then use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the mathematical model, and then by case analysis to verify the feasibility of the model. This model not only has the role of identification, diagnosis, and sorting, both oriented and incentive functions.
