豫北平原农村安全饮用水开发利用规划研究

Research on the Exploitation and Utilization Planning of Rural Safe Drinking Water in Northern Henan Plain

为了缓解或解决豫北平原农村饮用水存在的水质欠佳、水量不足以及超采导致的地质环境问题较严重三大问题,本文针对问题制定了农村饮用水开发利用规划的目标、原则和方法,并据此对豫北平原进行了科学、合理的农村安全饮用水开发利用规划分区,提出了保障规划落实的具体措施和建议,对解决区内居民饮水水质欠佳、水量不足以及缓解区内地质环境问题等有着重大而深远的意义。

This research mainly aims at remitting and solving the following problems of rural safe drinking water in northern Henan plain：poor water quality, water shortage and serious geo-environmental problems caused by over exploitation. For these problems, the goal, principles and methods of the exploitation and utilization planning are formulated,and then the formulated methods are used to divide the study area scientifically and reasonably, and obtain a planning division. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to guarantee the planning, which is of great significance to guaranteeing the quality and quantity of dringking water in this area and remitting geo-environmental problems.
