海洋石油限制空间作业事故原因分析与控制措施

Cause Analysis and Control Measures of Accidents for Confined Space Operations in Offshore Oil Engineering

进入限制空间作业是海洋石油十大高风险作业之一,因受作业场所的限制,作业存在一定的危险有害因素,一旦遇险,施救困难,容易发生群死群伤事故。为了有效遏制海洋石油限制空间作业事故的发生,本文主要从限制空间内存在的主要危险有害因素入手,针对海洋石油限制空间作业过程中的事故原因进行分析,并提出风险控制措施。

Confined space operation is one of ten high-risk operations in offshore oil engineering. There are some hazard factors that tend to cause group injury accidents, and the rescue is difficult. In recent years, with the rapid development of offshore oil engineering, confined space work accidents have occurred fre- quently. In order to effectively limit confined space work accidents, this paper proposes main hazard factors, analyzes accident causes and puts forward risk control measures.
