摘要 公共安全管理是衡量政府公共服务能力和社会管理能力的重要指标。从物联网概念入手,在分析物联网体系结构的基础上,介绍了物联网在公共服务领域的若干应用。针对目前公共安全平台的不足,结合皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区发展规划,设计了基于物联网的皖江示范区公共安全平台层次模型,深入探讨了每个层次的关键技术特征,并详细分析这些关键技术在环境监测、人员定位、信息采集和应急联动等方面的应用。为皖江示范区公共安全平台建设提供了新的思路,对创建服务型政府、带动物联网技术创新和产业化具有重要意义。 Public safety management is an important indicator to measure the government's public service and social management capacity.The paper starts from the concept of Internet of Things,then describes the applications of IOT in the field of public services on the basis of the analysis of networking architecture.To overcome the disadvantages of the existing public security platform,combined with the regional development planning of WanJiang demonstration zone,the hierarchical model of public security platform of WanJiang demonstration zone based on IOT is constructed.On the bases of exploring the key technical features of each level,the applications of the key technologies in the aspects of environmental monitoring,personnel location,information collection,intelligent detection,and emergency response are analyzed.The paper provides new ideas for the construction of WanJiang demonstration zone,it has important significance to create a service-oriented government,promote technological innovation and industrialization of IOT.
