Deformation Distribution of Planet Carrier of DGZ6 Reducer Shield Based on Linear and Nonlinear Contact Analysis

摘要 目的研究DGZ6盾构机减速器行星架在线性和非线性接触分析下的变形分布.方法采用ANSYS二次开发语言APDL编程,针对行星架周期对称性的特点,建立行星架三维实体参数化有限元模型,得出行星架线性和非线性接触分析下的变形分布,设定形变路径,拟合行星架两侧板沿路径的变形曲线.结果行星架两侧板周向变形与综合变形的相对误差较小,由中心到外缘,沿着路径方向,变形逐渐增大.输入端侧板的变形分别比输出端侧板大70%和56%,变形的最大值均出现在行星架两侧板的外缘处,且接触分析得出的主要变形值相比线性分析减小了34.6%.结论利用路径拟合出行星架两侧板沿给定路径上的变形曲线;对研究行星齿轮的啮合分析更具有参考意义,更加体现了接触分析的优越性. The paper is to perform the research on deformation distribution of the planet carrier of DGZ6 reducer shield by the linear and nonlinear contact analysis.According to the characteristics of cycle symmetry of the structure,the parametric Finite Element Model of three-dimensional solid structure of planets frame is established by secondary development programming language APDL of ANSYS.The deformation distribution of it is obtained based on linear and nonlinear contact analysis,and the deformation path is set in order for deformation curve fitting along the path for two side panels of planet carrier.The result is that deformation curve shows that the relative error of the circumferential and composite deformation is very small,and the amount of deformation is gradually increasing along the path direction from the center to the outer edge.The deformation curve of two side panels of planet carrier is fitted along a given path and the deformation of the input side is 70% and 56% greater than that of the output side respectively under two types of analysis.The maximum deformations occur at the outer edge of two side panels of planet carrier.And the main deformation from contact analysis is 34.6% smaller than that of linear analysis.The conclusion of this research has referential significance towards planetary gear meshing and it further reflects the superiority of the contact analysis.
