851牌劲源片抗疲劳作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Anti fatigue Effect of 851 Jinyuan Tablet

经口灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量的 85 1牌劲源片 30 d后 ,进行负重游泳试验 ,结果能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间 ,降低运动时血清尿素氮水平 ,减少肝糖原的消耗量 ,减少运动后血乳酸的含量 ,说明 85 1牌劲源片剂具有抗疲劳作用。

Jinyuan tablets were given intragastrically to mice in different dose for 30 days continuously,then loaned swimming test was taken The results showed that 851 Jinyuan tablet could obviously prolong the time of mouse loaned swimming,lower serum urea nitrogen,decrease the consumption of liver glycogen and drop postexercise blood lactic acid Thus it can be concluded that 851 Jinyuan tablet has the effect of anti fatigue
