摘要
以小鼠骨髓细胞微核 (MN )和姐妹染色单体互换 (SCE)为指标 ,观察六味地黄汤对环磷酰胺遗传毒性的拮抗作用 ,同时以小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)为指标 ,进行作用机理初探 ,结果表明 :六味地黄汤对环磷酰胺所致微核率及姐妹染色单体互换增高有明显抑制作用 ,其机理可能与提高机体 SOD活性 ,加强对自由基的清除有关。
