摘要
本实验通过对大鼠肠缺血再灌注后巨噬细胞活化分泌 NO及肺组织内 NOS的变化进行观察 ,显示肠缺血再灌注组肺泡巨噬细胞分泌 NO的水平及肺内 NOS的水平均显著高于假手术对照组 ,表明肠缺血再灌注后肺内巨噬细胞的 i NOS被激活 ,大量合成并释放 NO,其作用一方面可增强杀菌功能 ,另一方面导致肺组织损伤。
This study was to evaluate the level of nitric oxide (NO)of secreted by alveolar macrophage and the activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS)in lung tissue after the ischemia reperfusions in rat′ small intestine The results showed that,comparing with the control group,the level of NO and activity of NOS were obviously enhanced in mould group It is suggested that,after the ischemia reperfusions in rat′s small intestine,the induced nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)were activated in alveolar macrophage,plenty of NO were synthesized and released,which can sause bactericidal power enhance and the lung tissue damages
