China Textile Export Increased Slightly in the First Three Quarters

The General Administration of Customs released the latest information about China＇s foreign trade. According to the customs statistics, in the first quarters of this year, China＇s import and export value reached $2.84247 triUion, an increase of 6.2% against the same period last year, including $1.49539 trillion of exports, an increased of 7.4%, $1.34708 trillion of imports, up 4.8%, and $148.31 billion of trade surplus. In terms of the export products, the textile and garment exports grew slightly. In the first three quarters, the garment exports reached $116.06 billion, an increase of 0.7%; textile exports realized $71.05 billion, an increase of 0.2%, and the footwear reached $34.63 billion.
