长效促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床观察

A Clinical Study on the Treatment of Endometriosis with\;Gonadotropin rleasing Hormone Analogue

14例证实为子宫内膜异位症及腺肌症患者应用 Gn RH- a 3.6 m g皮下埋植 ,4周 1次 ,连续 6次 ,用放射免疫法测定血促卵泡素 (FSH)、黄体生成素 (L H)、泌乳素 (PRL )、雌二醇 (E2 )及孕激素 (P)水平。结果表明患者在治疗期间均闭经 ,症状明显改善 ,卵巢巧克力囊肿明显缩小至消失 ,子宫肌腺症几近消失 ,副作用主要有潮热、阴道干燥等 ,其中 6例经联合激素反加疗法后减轻至消失。骨密度下降 4%。

A clinical study on the effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue(GnRH a) on the treatment endometriosis and andenomyosis was reported.Fourteen patients with endometriosis or adenomyosis were treated with GnRH a subcutaneously 3.6mg every four weeks.Sonographic scanning was made and serum level of FSH、LH、PRL、E\-2 and P were measured radioimmologically both before and after the treatment.The results showed that all patients became amenorrheal during GnRH a therapy.The syptoms improved significantly,ovarian chocolate cyst decreased obviously some even disappeared and adenomyosis almost disappeared.The main side effects induced hot flushes and vaginal dry,etc,but can be alleviated with add back therapy.Mean bone density loss was 4%.These indrcated that GnRH a was effective in treating endometriosis and adenomysis and could prevent postoperative recurrence.
