摘要
目的探讨医护一体化健康教育模式在胸心外科的应用效果。方法 2011年10月至2012年5月在我科实行医护一体化健康教育,比较实行医护一体化健康教育前后平均住院日、患者满意度。结果平均住院日由12d降至11.1d(P<0.05),患者满意度从72.55%提高到94.12%(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化健康教育模式能缩短平均住院日,改善患者的就医体念,提高患者满意度,促进护理专业的多元化发展。
Objective To explore the medical integration of health education mode in cardiothoracic surgery application effect.Methods From 2011 year in October-2012 year in May in our department to implement health education medical integration,implementation of healthcare integration comparison before and after the health education the average hospitalization days,patient satisfaction.Results The average hospitalization days,from 12D to11.1d（P0.05）,patient satisfaction was increased from 72.55% to 94.12%（P0.05）.Conclusion Hhealth education mode of medical integration can shorten average length of stay,improved patient care experience,improve the satisfaction degree of patients,nursingcare of diversified development.
