肱骨髁上骨折的两种治疗方法

Two Treatments of Humerus Supracondylar Fracture

目的探讨切开复位克氏针内固定和手法复位外固定两种方法对肱骨髁上骨折的治疗方法和疗效,并进行对比。方法选择本院确诊收治的住院肱骨髁上骨折患者60例随机分为两组,研究组(30例)行切开复位克氏针内固定,对照组(30例)行手法复位外固定。术后随访1-3个月,对比两组患者的手功能恢复情况。结果治疗后两组患者相比,研究组UCLA功能评分和美国肩肘外科医师评分均优于对照组,统计学差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论两种方法相比,切开复位克氏针内固定治疗可对肱骨髁上骨折复位产生较好效果,但应注意其正确的治疗的手术经验及术后规范的功能康复锻炼。

Objective To explore and compare the effect of open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation and skill reset external fixation on humerus supracondylar fracture.Methods 60 cases of patients with humerus supracondylar fracture in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases of patients in the experiment group were taken open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation,30 cases of patients in the control group were taken skill reset external fixation.Patients were followed up 1-3months after operation and their mayo elbow performance were assessed by UCLA score standard of Los Angeles University at the California of USA and the score standard of ASAES.Results The UCLAscore and theASAES score of the experiment group were significant higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation has great effect on humerus supracondylar fracture,but should notice the correct experience of it and regular function rehabilitation exercise after operation.
