定期强化培训在改善医护人员医疗器械使用知识掌握情况中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Regular Intensive Training in Improving the Medical Staff's Mastering Situation of Medical Equipment Application Knowledge

目的分析研究定期强化培训在改善医护人员医疗器械使用知识掌握情况中的效果。方法选取2011年6月至2012年4月本院的70名医护人员为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规培训组)和观察组(定期强化培训组)每组各35名,将两组医护人员培训前及培训后1个月、3个月的医疗器械使用基础理论知识和操作实践情况进行比较。结果观察组培训后1个月和3个月的医疗器械使用基础理论知识和操作实践较佳率均高于对照组,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论定期强化培训可有效改善医护人员医疗器械使用知识掌握情况,对于治疗检查的顺利进行发挥着积极的作用。

Objective To analysis and study the effect of regular intensive training in improving the medical staff′s mastering situation of medical equipment application knowledge.Methods 70 medical staff in our hospital from June 2011 to April 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（routine training group）and observation group（regular intensive training group）with 35 cases in each group,then the two groups′ basic theoretical knowledge and operation practice of medical equipment application before and after the training at first and third month were compared.Results The better rate of observation group′s basic theoretical knowledge and operation practice after the training at first and third month were all higher than those of control group,all P0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The regular intensive training can effectively improve the medical staff′s mastering situation of medical equipment application knowledge,and it plays an active role for the smoothly treatment and diagnosis.
