《眼底红药》治疗眼底病391例疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of The Fundus GongYao Treatment of Fundus Oculi Disease 391 Cases

目的观察《眼底红药》治疗眼底病的疗效。方法《眼底红药》的组方是:葛根、黄芪、枸杞各25g,丹参、赤芍、牛膝、白及、当归、决明子、菊花、石斛、旱莲草、柴胡、川芎各15g。每日1剂,水煎取汁分2次服。14d为1疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果 391例454眼,显效296眼(65.20%),有效113眼(24.89%),无效45眼9.91%)。总有效为90.09%。其中视网膜静脉阻塞有效率为92.52%,糖尿病性视网膜病变有效率为91.36%,高血压动脉硬化性视网膜病变有效率为93.44%,视网膜静脉周围炎有效率为80.00%,视盘血管炎有效率为50.00%,老年性黄斑病变有效率为44.44%,外伤性眼底出血有效率为71.43%,中浆有效率为100%,中渗有效率为87.04%,缺血性视神经病变有效率为37.50%。结论《眼底红药》治疗眼底病有较好疗效,且能缩短病程,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective Observe the fundus GongYao ＂treatment fundus oculi disease curative effect.Methods The GongYao fundus of The formula is： puerarin,astragalus membranaceus,medlar each 25 g,danshen,root,white and beef shanks,,angelica,cassia seed,chrysanthemum,stone dendrobium,drought,and river xiong radix Ephraim grass all 15 g.Daily 1 agent,water frying take juice points 2 times to take.14 days for 1 treatment,2 after a period of treatment observe the curative effect.Results 391 cases of 454 eyes,powerfully in 296 eyes（65.20%）,effective in 113 eyes（24.89%）,invalid 45 eyes（9.91%）.The total effective for 90.09%.Results Vein occlusion of rate of 92.52%,diabetic retinopathy effective rate of 91.36%,hypertension,arteriosclerosis sex retinopathy effective rate of 93.44%,a retinal vein inflammation around rate of 80.00%,the DVDS vasculitis effective rate of 50.00%,senile macular lesion effective rate of 44.44%,traumatic retinal hemorrhage effective rate was 71.43%,the plasma effective rate was 100%,the rate of 87.04% of permeability,ischemic optic neuropathy.Conclusion The GongYao fundus of fundus oculi disease treatment has good treatment Effect,and can shorten the duration of symptoms,relieve pain patients.
