肾外伤80例CT诊断与临床价值分析

Analysis of CT Diagnosis and Clinical Value on 80 Cases with Renal Trauma

目的分析肾外伤的CT诊断以及表现特点,探讨其临床价值。方法对2010年3月至2012年3月在我院治疗的80例肾外伤患者进行CT诊断的临床资料进行回顾性的分析,探讨CT的表现特点以及临床价值。结果 80例肾外伤患者进行CT诊断,其中,48例属于轻型,表现为肾损伤以及肾内血肿;20例属于中型,表现为肾挫裂伤;12例属于重型,表现为肾断裂、粉碎很完全。CT诊断正确率为100%,其中有72例患者手术和CT的分型相符高达90%。结论 CT检查不仅能够迅速确定损伤的范围以及程度,还能确定合并腹部的损伤,CT诊断为临床诊治提供了强有力的依据,提高治疗效果。

Objectives To analyze CT diagnosis of renal trauma and performance characteristics and to observe the clinical value.Methods The clinical data of CT diagnosis on 80 patients with renal trauma treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.And observing the performance characteristics and clinical value of CT diagnosis.Results 80 patients were implemented CT diagnosis,48 cases were light whose performance was kidney damage and renal hematoma.20 cases were medium-sized whose performance was renal laceration.12 cases were heavy whose performance was renal fracture and complete comminuted.Correct rate of CT diagnosis was 100%.The conformity of operation and CT classification of 72 patients reached 90%.Conclusions CT diagnosis not only can determine the scope and extent of injury rapidly,but also can determine the injury of combined abdominal.CT diagnosis provides strong basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and improve the effect of treatment.
