西咪替丁治疗小儿过敏性紫癜64例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Cimetidine in Treatment of Children Allergic Purpura

目的评价西咪替丁治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法全部病例均给予氯雷他定、维生素C、葡萄糖酸钙等治疗,伴有感染者加用敏感抗生素,腹痛明显、呕血、便血或关节肿痛者加用激素,疗程1周至4周减量停用;观察组加用西咪替丁。结果观察组优于对照组。结论加用西咪替丁是治疗儿童过敏性紫癜有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of cimetidine in the treatment of allergic purpura.Methods All the cases were given loratadine,vitamin C,calcium gluconate and other treatment,accompanied by infection with antibiotics,hematemesis,hematochezia,abdominal pain significantly or joint swelling and pain patients with hormone treatment,1 to 4 weeks reduced deactivated;observation group combined with cimetidine.Results The observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion Ccombined with cimetidine in treatment of children allergic purpura and effective treatment method.
