闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折47例分析

Analysis of 47 Cases Closed Reduction and Interlocking Intramedullary Nailing of Tibial Shaft Fractures

目的探讨闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定技术在胫骨干骨折中的临床应用。方法 2009年5月至2012年5月我院行胫骨干骨折闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定的治疗方法及技术优缺点。结果 47例胫骨干骨折行交锁髓内钉内固定术后骨折愈合及功能恢复良好。结论只要掌握好手术指征,交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折是一种较好的固定方法。

Objective Study of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in tibial shaft fracture.Methods 2009 May to 2012 May in our hospital row tibial shaft fracture with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation treatment methods and technical advantages and disadvantages.Results 47 cases of tibial shaft fractures treated by interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation after fracture healing and functional recovery of good.Conclusion As long as the master the operation indications,interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of fracture of tibia is a better fixation method.
