摘要
目的探究在孕妇分娩过程中行人性化全程护理陪伴对妊娠结局的影响情况。方法截取我院2009年1月至2012年2月共202例产妇,按随机数字表分为普通组及特殊组,对比两组患者间临床资料差异性。结果特殊组自然分娩率较常规组高19.80%,剖宫产率低29.27%,第一、二产程短,新生儿Apgar评分高,特殊组在护理满意度、护理满意评分方面均较常规组优,差异有统计意义,P均<0.05。结论人性化全程护理陪伴提高自然分娩成功率,提高产妇住院满意率,减少新生儿生命危险性,提升医疗质量、医疗安全亦有积极效应。
Objective Oon the row in the delivery process human effect of the whole nursing accompany on pregnancy outcomes.Methods Interception of our January 2009 -2012 years February a total of 202 cases of maternal,random number tables are divided into common groups and special groups,comparison of clinical difference between the two groups of patients.Results Natural birth rates higher than those in regular group 19.8% special group,29.27% lower Cesarean rates,short of the second stage,neonatal Apgar scores high,special group on nursing satisfaction,excellent nurse satisfaction scores are more general groups,statistical significance of differences,pis less than 0.05.Conclusion Human nature whole nursing company improving the success rate of natural childbirth,improve maternal hospital satisfaction,reduce the risk of neonatal life,improve health care quality,health and safety also has a positive effect.
