摘要
目的:研究康复功能训练后大鼠脑梗塞血管构筑的改变。方法 :27只SD大鼠采用光化学法制作脑梗塞模型 ;24h后随机分3组 ,康复组给予功能训练 ,制动组置于笼内固定 ,自由活动组置于普通笼内饲养 ,观察康复后的血管构筑情况。结果 :24h3组梗塞外侧区、损伤对侧相应区较正常鼠的血管略有增大 ,下侧区略有降低 ,康复组梗塞外侧区1周 ,下侧区1~2周 ,损伤对侧相应区1周较制动组的密度有差异(P<0.01)。康复组2~3周、自由组3周较正常鼠密度增高(P<0.05)。结论 :康复功能训练可增加大脑的血液循环 ,改善脑缺血 ,促进脑组织的代偿、修复。
Objective:To study the changes of blood vessel built in cerebral infarction after rehabilitative training on rats.Methods:Cerebral infarctions induced by photochemical injure were made on 27 SD rats,which were divided into 3 groups at random after 24 h:The rats in rehabilitation group were given exercising everyday.The rats in braking group were fixed in mesh cages and in free group were fed in normal cages.Blood vessel network density were measured in the location outside and underside and opposite side corresponding to brain infarction at 24 h,lw,2w,3w and 4w in the three groups.Results:Three groups of density of blood vessel network in the location outside and opposite side corresponding to brain infarction of the experimental rats were increasing tendency of the density and decrease in the area underside the infarction and opposite side corresponding area at 1 week and underside the infarction at 1 to 2week and were obviously higher in rehabilitation group than in braking group(P< 0.05),The density of the location outside the infarction at 2 to 3 week in rehabilitation group and opposite side corresponding area at 3 w in free groups were increase than in braking group(P< 0.05). Conclusion :Rehabilitative training can promoted blood circulation and improved ischemia and regeneration and repair of brain tissue.
