通过对我国土地产权制度变迁过程的梳理,分析了影响该项制度变迁的历史逻辑和内在演进特征。围绕制度变迁过程及其多重影响因素,以土地产权制度如何在多种力量推动下演变为中心,解释了制度变迁的历史轨迹。结论是,未来土地产权制度改革的可能路径,将一改国家强势主导模式而从底层启动,方向则取决于多重力量的对比。

This paper analyzes factors which influence historical logics of institutional change and intrinsic mechanism of land property.This paper explains the historical path of institutional change of land property based on change procedures and various driving forces behind it.Also,the paper puts forwards the expected path of reforming land property institution with the hope of switching the overwhelming dominance of state to that of bottom initiation,and of orienting the change through various forces in competition.
