摘要
少数民族双语师资培训中的自我评价是指受训学员在学习过程中依据评价标准对自己的学习和行为进行分析和评价。实施自我评价活动时需遵循诊断性原则、发展性原则、反馈性原则、民主性原则、科学性原则。实施过程中应加大宣传,引起师生高度重视;科学引导,避免评价的主观化;客观评价,质性与量化相结合;合理安排,科学制定评价方案。
Minority bilingual teacher training ot the sett evatuation refers to training students in the learning process based on evalu- ation standard of their own learning and behavior analysis and e- valuation.In the implementation of self evaluation activity should follow five principles, namely diagnostic principles, expansibility principle, feedback principle, the democracy principle, scientific principle. Need to step up publicity in the implementation pro- cess, causing teachers and students to attach great importance; scientific guidance, and establish a correct concept of evaluation; combination of objective evaluation, qualitative and quantitative; reasonable arrangements for the scientific development of the e- valuation program.
